Open to Vancouver Island in-care foster caregivers. This seven-week training includes open resources and research from renowned trauma experts such as Bessel Van DerKolk, Bruce Parry, Dan Seigel, Brene Brown, and Harvard University. The first module is an introduction to the training and must be previewed before attending the first session. Topics enhance caregivers’ skills and confidence and include:
